During the interview, he touched upon Kamil Stoch's circumstances, revealing that Stoch chose not to participate in the final Four Hills Tournament. Although Adam Małysz had secured a spot for Stoch, the ski jumper, together with coaches Michal Doleżal and Thomas Thurnbichler, opted to focus on training instead. Ziobro expressed his belief that Kamil Stoch deserves more recognition in Poland, emphasizing his significant contributions to Polish ski jumping. According to Ziobro, Stoch is the best athlete in Polish ski jumping history, a fact that needs to be acknowledged. Nonetheless, he supported Stoch's decision regarding the Four Hills Tournament, emphasizing the importance of unity. Ziobro criticized the Polish Ski Association for their treatment of Stoch and highlighted the influence of athletes like Stoch, Dawid Kubacki, and Piotr Żyła in attracting sponsors. Despite Ziobro's reservations about Stoch's treatment, he revealed having a positive conversation with Stoch in autumn, signaling that things are moving in the right direction.
